We all know what it's like to wait for a parcel to arrive in the mail!
So, at Bounce, we endeavour to despatch all parcels within 3 business days of receiving your order - and, in many instances, despatch them the same day. If you believe that it's taking too long for your parcel to arrive, please email shop@bouncesydney.com to contact us and remember to let us know your order number.
Bounce offers simple flat fee shipping:
- AUD$12.00, for deliveries under $250, within Australia.
- AUD$35.00 for deliveries to all other countries.
All deliveries are via Australia Post Parcel Delivery. Delivery times are subject to Australia Post schedules. Track your order through Australia Post tracking. Tracking number notification will be sent in an email.
Please note: As we despatch online orders directly from our stores, occasionally if all styles ordered are not in stock at the same store, you may receive multiple deliveries for your order and these deliveries may arrive on different days. However, you will only ever be charged one delivery fee per order for orders shipped within Australia.
